About the Role: We're looking for a driven sales professional to scale our proprietary product, ID1 a cutting-edge attendance and workforce management platform with facial recognition, QR-based check-ins, and full HRMS functionality.
Responsibilities:-
Drive end-to-end B2B sales of ID1 across mid to large-scale organizations.
Pitch to CHROs, Admin Heads, and Facility Managers.
Customize demos and work closely with the tech team to deliver PoCs.
Build strategic accounts with HR-focused organizations.
Manage client onboarding, RFPs, and renewals.
Requirements:- Prior experience selling HRMS/attendance/workforce automation tools.
Strong understanding of pain points in workforce management.
Network in HR circles is a plus (e.g., from Darwinbox, ZingHR, etc.).
