Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead support operations for our CCTV, Security Surveillance, and SaaS-based solutions (StorePulse, CheckCam, CamStore). This role covers enterprise and retail clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service operations for CCTV installations, AMC, and SaaS platforms
- Ensure smooth onboarding, support, and issue resolution for clients
- Lead field engineers and support staff; drive performance and training
- Monitor SLAs, generate service reports, and handle escalations
- Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders
Key Skills
- 5+ years in service/support in CCTV, surveillance, or SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and video analytics
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools and CRM platforms
- Degree in Engineering/IT/Electronics; ITIL or PMP is a plus
